1、在校园风上注册个用户名，关注我们的论坛，发发贴。参与我们的活动与讨论。
2、推广“班级——孩子”一对一资助模式。收班费时，每位同学交5～8元钱就可以资助一个孩子读初中一年。
3、发动你身边的资源，老师，师兄师姐，家人亲戚，同学同事，网络或人际宣传向日葵天使。
4、好好学习，对自己负责，对家庭对社会负责，做好自己！！
5、向日葵天使在考虑建立会员管理制度，以后有事情，还需要大家多多支持。大家平时就多关注我们的论坛和Q群吧。 很好，支持！我们的泡泡榜上有名。 谢谢他们:lol 面试的感受：
其实面试的时候，我感到很心虚，因为很多朋友都是很用心的，我疑惑自己如何可以在几分钟里看准一个人呢。说真的，我不是伯乐，我自己都还常遗憾没遇上一个伯乐看中我。
招人是有一个偏向的，向日葵天使团队的核心在于它需要接力，需要传递，所以招人时，是偏向于06级的，更偏向于在支教回来之后，是可以参与社团工作的！！这个是重点，否则，大家都只顾自己的经历体验，而不考虑团队的传承，这个团队就玩完了！！
对于面试未通过的朋友，我是有几点考虑的。首先，是语言表达能力，大方得体的谈吐。有的朋友语言表达能力还是有待加强，否则难以适应教师岗位。其次，对向日葵天使的了解。这样说吧，我本人第一次去贵州，我浏览了上百页的网页，这就是前期付出。想支教，却不了解向日葵天使，除了客观的有些朋友临时才知道这个活动之外，证明有些朋友并没有花心机在上面。最后，是沟通协调，团队合作能力。跟孩子的沟通很重要，有些朋友缺了点亲和力。
最后一句，本人不是伯乐，很对不起落选的朋友。依然希望得到大家的理解，支持，与关爱！！为了山区孩子，为了广商一个真正意义上的慈善社团，大家加油！！ 支持泡泡 一直走下去 这才刚刚开始！！！大家一起加油！！！让广商的太阳 照亮 山区的孩子 前进的路！！ 支持向日葵~~~~
